Mission Statement:
Our goal is to show our students how to be the best version of themselves. We love to find what makes each individual artist unique and give them the tools to be smarter workers, better team players, creative thinkers, and authentic artists. Our family understands that everyone’s journey looks different and it’s ok to move at your own pace. Success and failure are both important elements of achieving your goals, because without failure how can we truly know the value of success? Whether it’s Dance, Art, or Preschool Learning, we believe it’s always the right time to fall in love with learning. All are welcome within our colorful green walls, just come as you are. At GeneRaTion DCD, our family is your family.
Dance:
Our goal is to equip our students with the tools to take on any style with confidence. We teach our dancers to have a unique movement quality, a solid technical foundation in all basic styles, and how to act professionally. But above all else, we want our students to be kind, respectful, and understanding humans.
Create:
Our goal is to give our artist the space to express and relax. Whether it's painting, crafting, sewing, we work to find the passionate inspiration at work in each of our students. The skills and techniques learned are meant to enhance and encourage the creative mind.
Discover:
Our goal is to ignite the young mind. We believe it’s never too early to discover the joy of learning! We focus on problem solving skills, basic motor skills, social interaction and building confidence while learning through play based activities.

It all started when…
After 21 years of teaching together as a FAMILY, my mom "Mrs. R", my daughter "Miss Amanda Green" and myself "Mrs. Richardson" chose to open our own studio in 2017: GeneRaTion DCD!
Everyone asks what GeneRaTion DCD stands for, so here it is!
It is 3 GeneRaTions of our family, Grandma, Mother and Daughter!
Gene: For Miss Amanda Green
G for her stage name Green and her favorite color of course!
Ra: For Mrs. aRt
It's our family's two last names. Roznowski and Richardson. It’s in my mom's favorite color orange.
Tion: For me, Teri, in my favorite color red!
