BALLET 1 & PERFORMANCE BALLET 2
Ballet is the foundation for all other dance forms commonly practiced today. Ballet will improve balance concentration, flexibility, and endurance. Dancers are taught proper body alignment, which is the basis for turning, lifting and jumping. All dancers are encouraged to study ballet as it will further their success in any other dance style. Class will include barre work, across the floor and center technique and choreography.
HIP HOP & PRE HIP HOP AGES 5 TO ADULT
Designed to introduce dancers to different styles of Hip Hop, B-boy, Break dancing, Jazz Funk and Tutting, using fresh, upbeat choreography. Dancers also begin to learn across the floor technique to build dance skills and vocabulary needed for higher levels of hip hop, jazz and lyrical dance.
HIP HOP / JAZZ COMBO LEVEL 2-3-4
Dancers learn Hip Hop and add Jazz to their dance range while continuing to work on technique and more advanced across the floor skills needed for higher levels of dance.
PERFORMANCE DANCE ENSEMBLE Ages 13+
Our advanced Performance Dance Ensemble team dancers learn Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz and continue to work on technique!
PRE-PERFORMANCE DANCE ENSEMBLE ages 7-10
Our advanced Pre Performance Dance Ensemble team dancers learn Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz and continue to work on technique!
Jazz all levels
Lyrical, contemporary, and old school Jazz, yes, we do it all. Class includes, abs, stretching, a high energy warm up, across the floor technique and fun Jazz choreography.
Hip Hop/Jazz Combo all levels
Adults dance too, wanting to maintain their muscle strength, range of motion and flexibility while improving balance, muscle memory, mental alertness and cardiovascular health. Class includes a warm up and a blend of several styles of Jazz and Hip Hop choreography that will be put into a fun routine.
